Run by our hospitality and catering students, under the expert tuition of catering professionals, PL1 offers fresh, local produce, daily specials and great value set menus. As well as themed events, we offer delicious three-course dining in the restaurant and express lunches available to eat in or take away. You can also enjoy the PL1 dining experience at home with the popular Wednesday night takeaway.
