At City College Plymouth we offer a number of GCSE retakes and this Chemistry GCSE could be essential if you plan to train for a career in a science-related field. Chemistry is the science of substances, their properties and reactions. If you picture scientists surrounded by test tubes and bubbling beakers, chemistry is probably the field you’re thinking of! Science has a huge role in the modern world and can have a positive impact on people’s lives. This course will be studied one evening per week, for one full academic year.
