This year, PL1 will once again be hosting its Christmas lunches and dinners.

Lightly curried parsnip and Bramley apple soup (VG)
Lightly spiced seasonal soup with Bramley ‘croutons’
Goat’s cheese croquette, glazed fig and pomegranate dressing
Cornish goat’s cheese in crisp panko crumb with baked fig and pomegranate molasses (wheat gluten, milk, egg)
Pulled ham hock with sweet pea salad and sweet pickle
Slow cooked smoked ham hock with a sweet pea leaf salad and PL1 piccalilli (mustard, sulphites)
Smoked salmon with remoulade, caper berries and lemon
Classically smoked salmon with celeriac and mustard with caper berries and a squeeze of lemon (fish, mustard milk, egg, sulphites).
Butter roast turkey breast and leg with all the trimmings
Butter roast breast, ballotine leg with stuffing, pigs in blankets bread sauce and turkey gravy (soya, milk sulphites)
Pan fried seabass mussel and prosecco cream with oyster leaf
Crisp fried seabass fillet with fresh mussels steamed in prosecco and oyster leaf (fish, milk, sulphites)
Chargrilled pork loin, caramelised pineapple, pork jus and crisp skin
Thick cut pork loin charred over open flame and served with fresh pineapple, pork stock reduction and puffed pork skin
Globe artichoke and sweet chestnut and cashew tart (VG)
An open tart of preserved artichokes sautéed with sweet chestnuts and a cashew cream (wheat, gluten)
Irish cream profiteroles
Crisp choux buns filled with Irish cream crème pâtissière, and served with lashings of chocolate sauce (cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya, sulphites)
Spiced vanilla cheesecake
Creamy winter spiced vanilla cheesecake, served with mulled wine poached pear and mulled wine syrup (cereals containing gluten, milk, sulphites)
Sticky festive pudding
Our Christmas pudding meets sticky toffee pudding hybrid, served with sticky rum sauce and vanilla ice cream (eggs, milk, sulphites)
Vegan chocolate orange delice (VG)
Rich and zesty set chocolate dessert (soya)
