This year, PL1 will once again be hosting its Christmas lunches and dinners.
Two courses for £12.50 per person

- Butternut squash velouté with toasted pumpkin seed oil
- Chicken liver parfait with peach chutney
- Smoked salmon dill blini and chive crème fraiche
- Cornish goat’s cheese baked with figs in a filo pastry tartlet
- Butter-roasted turkey breast rolled leg and all the trimmings
- Roast pork belly with calvados cream and baked apple sauce
- Pan fried fillet of sea bass prosecco and crab sauce
- Pithivier of wood mushrooms chestnut and thyme puree
- Spiced vanilla cheesecake with mulled pears
- Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
- Chocolate and chestnut torte with Irish cream Chantilly
