On Sunday 9 February, the YMCA is hosting The Big Parents Evening – a free careers information event for parents. Listen to talks by specialists about what will be the careers of the future, which are the best sectors to enter into and what subjects link to what career pathways. This event is a great way to help you and your child make an informed decision at a key stage of their educational journey.

Would you like to find out what life at College is really like? Want to see which course you most enjoy and are most suited to?
Our subject taster sessions are the perfect opportunity for Year 11 students to get hands-on experience in a range of subjects, from bricklaying to hairdressing. During the sessions you will get the chance to enjoy interactive workshops in the College’s state-of-the-art facilities, and meet people with similar interests.

Building Plymouth and Plymouth Manufacturers’ Group are joining together once again to host the Early Careers Fair from 10.00am until 2.00pm on Saturday 15 February at Home Park, Plymouth Argyle. Meet top employers offering local Apprenticeships, graduate roles and industry placements in manufacturing and engineering, and construction and the built environment.
