This innovative project, in partnership with local organisations including Plymouth Argyle Community Trust, Plymouth Active Leisure, and Livewell Southwest, focuses on confidence building, resilience, essential digital skills, and providing clear pathways from training to employment. By addressing health and wellbeing barriers, the initiative offers a tailored programme supporting fitness, rehabilitation, and skill acquisition to help individuals transition into the workforce.
Running until March 2025, the initiative targets unemployed individuals and adults seeking to gain new skills, with a strategic focus on digital inclusivity to combat digital poverty. Participants will benefit from innovative short courses and bespoke training in key sectors with significant vacancies, such as health, construction, engineering, and digital careers. So, whether you’re looking to start a new job, change careers, build confidence, or improve your digital skills, we have a tailored solution for you.
