You will need to have completed a level 2 qualification within the occupational area and have good practical skills, problem solving skills and written/verbal skills.

The qualification is assessed by a mixture of an on-screen exam, and practical assessments.

On successful completion of this course you may wish to progress on to a NVQ for workplace competence.
