To be successful on this course, you will need:
- GCSE English and maths at grade 3 or above
- a Level 1 qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent industry experience.
On successful completion, you may progress to a level 2 course in a specific trade area, either as part of an Apprenticeship or as a stand alone qualification. With employment, an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance Operations may also be an option.
