- When you'll study: Days and times to be agreed at the start of the programme dependant on the qualification. Home educated students will attend up to a maximum of 18 hours per week (including functional skills delivery)
What's it all about?
This course is aimed at supplementing the education for young people who are 14-16 and are ‘home educated’. Home educated students will attend college on a part time basis and will still be expected to undertake additional studies at home on the days they do not attend college.
Course information
This programme is only eligible for young people who are registered as ‘electively home educated’ with their Local Education Authority. Those registered with a school, or having officially left school are not eligible.
On successful completion of the course you may progress onto a full-time College course or Apprenticeship.
