With new digital technologies driving how we consume media, the focus of the Foundation Degree is on developing in-depth subject knowledge and creating innovative products for this ever-changing industry, considering culture, society and the wider world.
This course is designed by professionals who are experts in their fields, including radio, film, television, design and print. Our aim is to inspire the next generation by developing and nurturing talent, as well as supporting a thorough understanding of how the industry works.
The experience of studying this course with like-minded people in a creative environment will fuel innovative, practice-based projects, within the fields of journalism, interactive design, marketing and advertising, with a specific focus on social media marketing.
You will be able to gain experience working within a student-led production company with live client briefs.
