Activities, Trips & Fitness

Coming to College is about more than just getting good grades. It’s about having fun, making friends and getting involved. We have a whole team of people whose job is to make sure you’re happy, settled and enjoy your time with us. As well as offering clubs and societies you can join, we run a mixture of day trips and weekend breaks during term time, which are a great chance to do something different and take a break from deadlines and exams.

The College also receives support from Sports England to deliver a range of free sport, fitness and physical activities to students; anything from rounders to boot camps, football to pilates – there’s something for everyone!

We work closely with other external providers such as Plymouth’s Life Centre and Brickfields to offer a wide range of activities at competitive prices. The College also offers an excellent gym facility throughout the academic year and the qualified instructors can help write a plan that is specific for you and your fitness needs.

The College has an on-going commitment to healthy living and as offers free fruit to students every Friday in the Student Centre. You’re welcome to talk to the College Sports Maker for more ideas if you feel you need to make changes to your lifestyle.
