This course covers:

  • personal growth and engagement in learning
  • managing conflicts in the workplace
  • preventing and dealing with conflict situations.

In order to apply for this course, you must be aged 18 or over. It is also advisable that you have a minimum of a level 2 qualification in literacy, for example GCSE English.

You will be assessed through an online multiple-choice assessment.

Upon successful completion, you may progress to the Level 3 Award in First Line Management and Leadership at the College.
