Are you looking for a university-level project management course that could be an alternative to Prince2 and other project management programmes? This Certificate in Project Management from City College Plymouth is awarded by University of Plymouth. Project management is becoming increasingly important in modern businesses as organisations strive to streamline their processes and become more efficient, and this module will introduce you to projects and project management in contemporary organisations. You will learn to practice a selection of recognised techniques, both hard and soft, participating in a real-life project and producing a measurable output.

There are no formal entry requirements, but students will gain relevant work experience.
This module will be assessed by coursework only.
On successful completion of this module you may progress to a range of other CPD modules at the College. Three modules equate to a Certificate of Professional Development Award.
