PATHWAYS FOR PROGRESSION

We offer a wide variety of courses created for young people and adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

Why Pathways for Progression?

Every student matters to us. Our supportive staff take the time to get to know each student, their strengths, ambitions, and the support they need. With personalised learning plans, we give every student the chance to achieve their goals, gain confidence, and enjoy their learning journey.

Our pathways are designed for students aged 16-24 with Education, Health and Care Plans. They focus on developing personal, social, and work-related skills, with both accredited qualifications and Recognising & Recording Progress & Achievement (RARPA). Each course is carefully matched to individual needs and abilities, providing clear next steps into further education, employment, or independent adulthood.

While each pathway has its own main focus, they all connect with one another. Skills for independent living, learning, socialising, and employability run through every pathway, helping students grow in all areas of life.

At our Kings Road campus, students will find a safe, friendly, and welcoming place to learn. It is a community where they can develop new skills, make friends, and enjoy preparing for life and work.
