As a Multi-Channel Marketer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms, driving brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including developing strategic marketing plans, creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and analysing campaign performance. You’ll work on diverse projects ranging from product launches to promotional campaigns, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives and deliver measurable results.

This Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience and comprehensive training in essential multi-channel marketing skills. You’ll learn to leverage various digital tools and platforms, create data-driven marketing strategies, and understand the intricacies of customer behaviour and market trends. Additionally, you’ll gain valuable insights into brand management, content creation, and performance analytics, preparing you to excel in the fast-paced world of marketing.

Course information

This Apprenticeship will cover various areas including the following:

  • contributing to the marketing plan and strategic marketing activities
  • conducting primary and secondary research to gather marketing insights
  • creating and editing content for multiple marketing channels
  • managing digital and offline marketing materials and assets 
  • publishing and monitoring content across platforms
  • organising and administering marketing activities like campaigns and events
  • utilising customer relationship management systems
  • implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns and expenditure.
This Apprenticeship spans 18 months, with 20% of your time dedicated to off-the-job training and 80% working within a business environment to apply your learning in real-world scenarios. 

The entry requirements for this Apprenticeship will be decided by the employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above.

The end point assessment will consist of an interview underpinned by a portfolio of evidence and a project with a report.

Following successful completion, you could progress onto employment within the sector. This could include roles such as a marketing assistant, marketing communications assistant, etc.
