This course supports learners to gain sector-specific skills through accredited vocational qualifications. It develops core competencies like digital literacy, self-management, and teamwork while building independence in learning. Learners are exposed to vocational contexts such as hospitality, construction, or IT, and supported in making informed decisions about future employment or training. Functional English and maths are embedded, and learners are encouraged to plan, evaluate and manage their learning goals.
