What's it all about?

Are you looking for help to find a job or gain skills/confidence to help you move onto further education or an Apprenticeship? Then this is the ideal programme for you to gain a whole range of qualifications, skills and experiences.

The programme includes community-based projects, personal and social development, vocational training and work placements.

Course information

The programme includes the following areas:

  • working towards the City & Guilds Employability Skills qualification
  • personal development activities
  • community-based projects
  • support in progressing onto the next stage of your career.

You must be aged 16-24 and not in full-time employment.

You will sit English and maths exams if you need these to improve your qualifications to progress onto a course/Apprenticeship or gain employment.

This programme may help you to gain employment or progress onto a Traineeship or Apprenticeship, or a wide range of courses at the College.
