This course prepares learners for employment or further education through project-based and
community learning. Learners explore various mainstream subjects that may potentially be of
interest to them. Learners are also introduced to a range of vocational sectors and develop essential workplace/learning behaviours such as punctuality, teamwork, and adaptability. The programme includes practical skills development, employer engagement, exploring vocational areas, and enterprise projects. Learners work on real-world scenarios, often in collaboration with peers, to foster communication and decision-making. The course also includes personal development sessions to enhance confidence and resilience. The aim is to
ensure learners leave with a clear sense of their vocational interests and the next steps towards further training or employment.
