The Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Behaviour that Challenges is designed to help you develop in-depth knowledge of challenging behaviour, its causes, and effective strategies to support individuals. Whether you’re a teacher, teaching assistant, support worker, caregiver, or simply interested in behaviour management, this course equips you with practical skills and insights to handle complex situations with confidence.

You will complete a workbook, which will be assessed and then reviewed through Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).

On successful completion of this course, you could progress onto the Level 3 Diploma in Education.
