What's it all about?

There are an estimated 1.4 billion motor vehicles in the world. Calculations tell us that if we were to park every car nose-to-tail, this line would stretch from London to Sydney and back, twice!

This figure is predicted to rise to 2.8 billion by 2036 which is great for the industry and for people’s personal freedom. However, as we become more aware of the threat to the planet, the industry is shifting towards a more sustainable and greener future.

This full-time level 1 qualification, will start to develop your knowledge and skills whilst introducing you to some of the key principles of light vehicle maintenance and repair, putting you in the driving seat and on course to being a future industry leader.
